You'll need these sheets...


Remove the backing off the adhesive paper and lay your pearl cellophane onto it. You can find the cellophane in $1 stores in the gift cards and wrapping paper section. The adhesive I found at AC Moore in the scrap booking section.
Next, glue your craft foam blank on and detail it if you wish. I will be using translucent perl cellophane so the black will take on an a greenish dark hue under certain light at different angles.

Next cut a small rectangle of the attached cellophane out of the whole sheet, and pre-test it to make sure it will wrap all the way around the blank.

If you're satisified remove the backing paper and adhere it to the blank. It should look like this...

Now add eyes and epoxy...

The last step is to create a tail as was discussed in the initial craft foam blog, and affix it...

You're good to go!!!
